Operations & Maintenance

Our maintenance services include plant site management, planning/scheduling, preventative/predictive maintenance, professional safety, and stores/spares/integrated supply and craft personnel and supervision. pec has more than 20 years of experience providing integrated maintenance management systems.

We combine these benchmarks with our pledge to lead and follow the best practice principles in the industry through our enthusiastic participation in associations such as the Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP), Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry (TAPPI) and the National Petrochemical and Refiners Association (NPRA).

Our efforts to ensure the safety of our customers through dedicated maintenance work have helped us develop some long-lasting partnerships that have lasted decades. For example, PEC has provided service in maintenance and outages at the International Paper plant in Valliant, Oklahoma, for more than  10 years; we have been providing maintenance at the ConocoPhillips Alliance Refinery in Belle Chase, Louisiana, for nearly 15 years.

Procurement

PEC works with clients around the world to deliver the right materials and services on time and at the best price, leading to overall project success. Drawing on significant experience supporting clients in the Middle East, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, and the Americas, our innovative procurement services provide a customized solution to meet our clients’ specific requirements.

From day-to-day materials and long-term assets to complex services, such as freight forwarding and huge modular construction projects, we deliver. Inspection Services

PEC supports procurement, materials and engineering with innovative and efficient inspection services that are in compliance with purchase ordering, customer and company requirements. Our Inspection Services team provides value with effective inspection task planning, efficient testing and reporting methods, budgeting of resources to demand and providing assurance to customers that the product meets their requirements.

We organize, plan, execute, control and verify the quality of the work in accordance with customer requirements and the PEC Management System and take action to identify, report, correct and prevent nonconformity.

Oil & Gas, Chemicals & Petrochemicals

PEC, is acting in on- and offshore oil and gas production facilities which include platforms, floating production and subsea facilities, and onshore and offshore pipelines. We also provide a full-range of services for large, complex upstream projects, including liquefied natural gas (LNG) and gas-to-liquids (GTL).

We serve the offshore energy industry by providing integrated engineering and program management solutions for production facilities and subsea developments. Since building the first offshore platform in 1994, PEC created large-scale, technically complex on- and offshore facilities, often in harsh, remote locations.

In addition to providing a full complement of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning/start-up (EPC-CS) services, we continue to develop innovative technologies and project execution methods, enabling us to execute projects in some of the most challenging environments on earth.

Aerospace Engineering

PEC also offers unique engineering services to aerospace industries. We can take full responsibility – no matter if the assignment is to develop a completely new airframe or to streamline or optimize part of your production.

Our engineering expertise covers everything from structural and mechanical design, systems engineering and integration to stress analysis and industrialization. By combining our knowledge in these areas, we help customers drive development forward.

We are engaged in a number of commercial projects. One example of our extensive experience in the area is our commitment to the Airbus A380 project. The assignment includes everything from aerodynamics and navigation to solutions for onboard Internet and stress calculations of wing spars.
